Community Guidelines

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Cartily helps local people find local sellers. These guidelines apply to shop profiles, photos, product descriptions, updates and other contributions. Questions or reports can be sent to support@cartily.co.

Represent your business honestly

Use the business’s real name or the name it actually trades under. Describe what you make, grow, raise or curate accurately. Manage or claim a shop only when you have authority to do so. Do not impersonate another seller, create deceptive duplicates or invent endorsements, reviews, certifications or popularity.

Keep contact information, hours and availability current. Mark a temporary closure or sold-out situation when it happens. A scheduled opening should reflect when customers can actually contact, visit or arrange pickup with you, as described on your profile.

Describe products clearly

Use accurate product photos and descriptions. Tell customers about relevant ingredients, allergens, storage or handling instructions, and any information your business is required to provide. Answer questions honestly and correct errors promptly.

Only use certification claims when you can support them. Words such as organic, natural or holistic do not by themselves establish a certification or health benefit. Do not make misleading disease-treatment, cure or guaranteed-safety claims. Cartily categories describe products; they are not a certification system.

Offer only goods you can lawfully supply and follow requirements applicable to your business. Do not use Cartily for illegal products, fraud or evasion of required restrictions. Sellers remain responsible for how they make, handle and sell their goods.

Respect privacy and content rights

Post only text and images you own or have permission to use. Do not publish someone else’s private home address, personal contact information, messages or identifying documents without permission.

Choose your own pickup-location visibility deliberately. Public descriptions, photos and messages can be copied. Do not place a private pickup address in a public story or update if you intend the address to appear only while you are open.

Keep communication relevant

When update or notification features are available, use them for relevant shop information. Respect recipients’ choices and platform sending limits. Do not send spam, deceptive promotions, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content or malicious links. Do not disguise advertising as an urgent safety message.

Posting an update does not automatically change your hours or reserve stock. Make any required availability changes using the shop controls.

Keep the directory trustworthy

Do not manipulate followers or activity counts, buy fake engagement, submit malicious reports or bypass another user’s decision to block or unfollow. Do not attempt to access other accounts or interfere with Cartily’s systems.

Report a problem

Use the profile’s reporting controls or email support with the profile link and a clear description of the issue. Business owners can also request a correction, removal or ownership review of an unclaimed profile. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents or post accusations about another person in a shop profile.

We may remove content, restrict a feature or suspend an account when these guidelines are violated or when action is needed to protect people or the service. We may contact the relevant account holder for clarification. A report is not an automatic finding against a business, and a profile’s presence is not an endorsement.

Contact support to request reconsideration of a moderation decision. Cartily support is not an emergency service. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority.

These guidelines work alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
