Terms of Use
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms cover cartily.co and the Cartily website installed on a phone’s Home Screen. Contact us at support@cartily.co.
What Cartily provides
Cartily helps people discover local food, farm products and handmade goods, view shop information, follow sellers and contact them. Features and availability can change as the service develops.
Cartily currently does not accept customer orders or payments, reserve products, arrange delivery or process seller refunds. Any purchase you arrange directly with a seller or through a linked website is between you and that seller, under their terms. Confirm the product, price, pickup arrangements and any relevant ingredient or dietary questions with them.
Accounts and agreement
By creating an account or publishing content, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must permit and supervise your use. An adult who can legally act for the business must be responsible for each seller account.
Use an email address or phone number you control, keep access to it secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized account use. You may manage a shop only if you own it or have the owner’s permission. Do not impersonate a business or claim a profile you are not authorized to manage.
Shop information and seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, photos, prices, contact details, hours and availability. They are also responsible for their products, preparation, storage, labeling, required permissions and compliance with laws that apply to their business and sales.
A directory profile, claimed status, category, follower count or placement on Cartily is not a certification, inspection result or endorsement of a seller or product. Categories and descriptions such as organic, natural or holistic do not establish a medical benefit or an independently verified certification.
Automatic opening status follows seller-set hours and temporary changes. It does not guarantee a seller is physically present or that an item remains available. Sellers should promptly correct changes; buyers should confirm details when necessary.
Profiles added to the directory
Cartily may create an unclaimed profile using publicly available business information. An unclaimed profile does not imply that the business joined Cartily, approved the profile or supplied every detail. We identify unclaimed profiles and provide a way to request ownership, correction or removal.
We may request reasonable evidence before transferring control of an existing profile. This protects the business from impersonation. It does not establish that the business or its products have been independently certified.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, photos and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it, including permission to disclose another person’s information or image.
You give Cartily a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, format, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate Cartily and provide its shop pages, search results, notifications and shared-link previews. Our service providers may process content for those purposes. This license does not transfer ownership to Cartily or allow us to sell your content as a separate product.
You can edit or remove content through the available controls or by contacting support. This permission ends when we remove the content from our active service, except as needed for backups, legal obligations or copies already shared or retained by others. Public information may be indexed, screenshotted or copied outside Cartily.
Updates and notifications
Available notification channels and your choices are explained in Notifications and Choices. Following a shop is not permission for every communication channel. Device settings, network conditions and other factors can delay or prevent notifications. Do not rely on Cartily for emergency or time-critical warnings.
Sellers must send relevant, accurate updates and respect recipients’ preferences and platform limits. Do not use updates for spam, impersonation or misleading claims.
Acceptable use
Use Cartily lawfully and follow the Community Guidelines. Do not interfere with the service, bypass account restrictions, submit malicious content, manipulate counts or attempt to access another person’s account or private information. Normal use of public links and search indexing does not grant access to private account data.
Reports and account restrictions
You can report a profile in Cartily or contact support. We may correct or remove content, limit features or suspend accounts to address impersonation, abuse, misleading information, legal obligations or other violations of these Terms. We may act promptly when needed to protect users or the service.
Contact support to ask about a restriction or request reconsideration. Reporting a shop does not automatically remove it. Hiding a shop from your own view does not remove it for other people.
Linked services
Seller websites, social pages, payment services and mapping services are operated separately. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Cartily does not control their availability or the transactions you arrange there.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Cartily useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, a particular level of sales or a notification’s arrival. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights, limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited, or makes a seller’s own obligations disappear. Contact us about a problem with Cartily; contact the seller about a purchase arranged with them.
Closing your account
You can use account deletion in Cartily or contact support for help. Deleting a seller account removes its owned shop profiles from the active service. The Privacy Policy explains remaining records, stored-file cleanup and copies outside our control.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where a change requires your agreement, we will ask for it. Changes do not retroactively change a purchase you already arranged with a seller.
