Boutique, small-batch sweet rolls and premium artisan coffee, crafted locally with care under Missou
Food has a beautiful way of bringing a community together, and that is exactly how this baking journey began. What started as a deep love for perfecting scratch-made comfort foods in my own kitchen has grown into a passion for serving my neighbors. I specialize in boutique, tall-profile sweet rolls made with real butter dough, rich fillings, and runny glazes packaged thoughtfully on the side. As an independent, one-woman cottage baker, quality and biosecurity are my highest priorities. To maintain the absolute cleanest environment for my dough and protect the privacy of my homestead, my home kitchen is entirely closed to the public. Instead, I operate as a fully mobile pickup bakery! I bake everything fresh the night before and drive out to meet my customers at neutral, safe public locations throughout Cameron, Stewartsville, and Plattsburg, as well as dropping fresh pans off at the Jamesport produce auction on Fridays. When you order a pan of rolls from me, you aren't just getting a treat—you are getting a premium, carefully crafted experience made by a neighbor who cares about every single ingredient.
