Hi! I’m Bethanie. I’m a mother of 7, mama of 5. I started baking in 2023 out of boredom and realized I really enjoy it and I’m surprisingly good at it. I baked for friends and family and they all encouraged me to start selling. I took a year long break to grieve the loss of 2 babies. After my rainbow baby was born in late April 2026, at just 13 days postpartum, I launched Bethy’s Bakin’ to combat postpartum depression and anxiety. The name Bethy’s Bakin’ comes from my husband coming in the kitchen and asking “what’s Bethy Bakin’ today?”
