A little more about us and the story behind Ethan’s Treats. ❤️ Starting a business like this had been a dream of mine for quite some time, but life took us down a path I never could have imagined. On February 14, 2025, my sweet Ethan was diagnosed with cancer. What followed was a long and incredibly difficult battle. I became his full-time caregiver and rarely left his side. In November 2025, Ethan was placed on hospice, but we were blessed with some truly amazing months afterward—months when he was able to simply be a toddler, enjoy life, and make beautiful memories with us. We experienced so many special moments together, including his wish trip, that I will treasure forever. In July of this year, Ethan became sick. At first, we thought he had caught the same illness the rest of us had, but he just wasn’t getting better. On August 1, we took him to the hospital and learned that his cancer had progressed. On August 5, 2026, my precious boy went to Heaven and joined my dad. As I began trying to navigate the unimaginable grief of losing him, I kept thinking about the things Ethan loved most. One of those things was being in the kitchen with me. And that boy had the biggest sweet tooth—if it involved chocolate, he was all in. ❤️ I realized that creating something centered around one of the things we loved doing together could be a beautiful way to carry a piece of Ethan with me while moving forward. And so, in September 2026, Ethan’s Treats was born. This business is more than treats to me. It is a way to honor Ethan, keep his memory alive, and pour my love for him into something I can share with others. My goal is to build something that would make my sweet boy proud while also allowing me, as a single mom, to provide for my family and still be present and available for my teenage girls. Every cookie, every sweet treat, and every order carries a little piece of Ethan’s story with it. Made with love. Inspired by Ethan. In his memory, always. ❤️
