Welcome to Mima’s Tasty Treats! I’m Ingrid, the baker behind this little home-based bakery in Wesley Chapel, Florida. What started with a love for baking and sharing delicious food has grown into a small business where I get to bring a little homemade happiness to my community. From naturally fermented sourdough breads and soft cinnamon rolls to gourmet stuffed cookies, empanadas, and traditional Latin favorites, everything is made with care, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of love. My Dominican roots inspire many of the flavors I create, while my passion for baking keeps me experimenting with new recipes and seasonal treats. I bake in small batches, primarily by preorder, because I believe good food is worth the time and attention it takes to make it.
