You know the feeling: someone mentions a bakery with incredible cinnamon rolls, a farm stand with peaches, or a cart that somehow sells out of cookies before you find your keys. You want to go. You just need to know where it is, whether it's open, and what else is worth stopping for along the way.
That's what the Cartily Map is for. It puts local food and handmade sellers into one place you can actually explore, from the cart down the street to the stand in the next town. Search for what sounds good, tap a seller to see more, and turn a few stops into a route.
How to find local carts near me on the Cartily Map
Open Map on Cartily and start with a town, ZIP code, shop name or product. Search “cookies” when you have a craving, or search a town when you're planning a Saturday drive. You can drag the map to look somewhere else; your search follows the area you're viewing. Your selected town gives you a starting point, but it doesn't fence you in.
Sellers with a public pickup point appear as pins using their shop pictures when available. Tap one to see its name, what it sells, whether it's open, and any upcoming Next drop. From there, View cart opens the full shop page with its menu, photos, hours, updates and pickup details the seller has shared.
The map and results list work together. Pick a pin and its cart is highlighted in the list; pick a cart in the list and you can find it on the map. On a phone, switch between Map and List without losing your search.
Filter food carts, cottage bakers and farm stands by what you want
A map is more useful when it answers the question you actually have. Looking for somewhere to go right now? Use Open now. Hunting for bread, cookies, produce or another kind of good? Filter by Goods. You can also narrow by how sellers operate, such as a cart, farm stand, market pop-up or pickup arrangement.
The additional filters can help you find shops with photos, menus or an upcoming drop. Cartily shows which filters are active, so you can remove one when a search gets too narrow. The “open” information comes from the seller's published availability; for a time-sensitive trip, it's always smart to glance at the shop page before leaving.
Here's a good test run: search a town, switch on Open now, choose the kind of food you're after, and see what's in reach. If the results are sparse, widen the map and try again. Some towns are still growing on Cartily, and that's part of why we're inviting more local sellers to join.

Tap Add to trail on the carts you want to visit. My trail lets you put them in the order you want and choose where to start: your current location or a point on the map. When the plan looks right, open it in Apple Maps or Google Maps for directions. You can share the trail with a friend, too—useful when one person is driving and the other is in charge of snacks.

Why some nearby carts appear without a map pin
Not every seller wants to publish an exact pickup point, and that's okay. A cottage baker may share a town or pickup area until a customer arranges a handoff. Cartily lists those shops by area without placing a pin at a guessed address. Only a pickup point the seller has chosen to make public becomes a map pin.
That means a quieter part of the map doesn't always mean there are no local makers. Check the area-only results below or beside the map. You may find a shop worth following even if its exact pickup details aren't public yet.
